I just got my 1060 today, hooked it all up, everything is running proper but one fan (I think) once the GPU hits 60 degrees the fan spins up like it should, but only one does. the other one doesn't seem to be moving, at all. To be specific, I turn the computer on and the fans start reving up normally, they run for maybe 1 minute or 2 and then completely stop, they do not come back on and my computer eventually overheats within 5 minutes of being on.
